We do not offer a flat delivery fee, as every event is unique.
Delivery pricing is based on your order total, venue location, and logistical details such as delivery and pick-up windows, accessibility, and any special handling requirements. A custom delivery estimate is provided for each order, with the final delivery fee confirmed once all event details are finalized.
Yes. We offer self pick-up and return from our warehouse in Waxhaw.
There is no minimum order requirement or delivery fee for self pick-up orders. Most items are available for pick-up, though select specialty pieces may require delivery.
We require a $300 rental minimum for delivery, excluding delivery fees.
Orders below this minimum are welcome for self-pickup.
Yes! We update our website regularly to showcase our most current rental offerings.
If something you have in mind isn't listed, feel free to inquire- we're alway adding thoughtfully selected new pieces.
To reserve your rentals, a 30% non-refundable deposit and signed rental agreement are required, with the remaining balance due on the day of your event.
Rentals are confirmed once payment is received and the agreement is signed.
After you deposit is paid, additional items may be added to your rental order based on availability. While the original rental total cannot be reduced once the deposit is submitted, we recommend reserving fewer items if you’re unsure—additional pieces can always be added as your plans come together.
